Patients with current U.S. and Puerto Rico health insurance coverage are eligible for COVID-19 Testing at all Collection Sites locations.
For Rapid Antigen testing, your co-pay will be collected at the time of your appointment. Rapid Antibody and PCR testing are provided for a fee.
Please bring a valid photo ID and your insurance cards.
