The Medivolve Patient Portal makes it easy to obtain your COVID-19 testing results as soon as they are ready. Please follow the instructions below to set up your account prior to arrival of your appointment.
Select Account Type
Choose the patients, families, and individuals option.
Create Your Account
Establish your account by entering your email address and creating a password.
We strongly recommend using a personal email address.

Be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.
Activate Your Account
In the body of the email message, please click on the word “here” to activate your account.
Login To Your Account
Once you have clicked the link to confirm your account, you will then be prompted to Log In.
To get started, first select My Account – Create Patient Profile.
Complete Your Patient Profile
Enter all of your personal information, then click Save & Next
Add Insurance Info
If you have Insurance: Select Yes. Input your information exactly as it appears on your insurance card.
If you DO NOT have Insurance: Select No. You do not need to enter any additional information here.
Once complete, click Save & Next.
Final Steps & View Dashboard
Review all of the information in your patient profile to ensure that it is correct. You can click EDIT if any changes are necessary.
After Verifying your information, select Go To Dashboard.
To add family members, click “Add Family Members”.
Please select your preferred location to book an appointment.
